Carpe Diem Tapestry Pillow - Burgundy Colourway

The inspiration for this tapestry kit comes from the 'Odes' of the Latin poet Horace. The full quote is Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero "Seize the day, trusting little in tomorrow". From Roman times to the present day, it has served as a reminder to live your life to the full.

It is available in a choice of four colours background, Navy Blue, Burgundy Red, Bottle Green and Cream. It uses Appletons tapestry wool for a soft, traditional look.

The tapestry is worked on 12hpi canvas and measures 14½in x 11¾ in (37cm x 30cm) suitable for a pillow or cushion. It is available on either printed canvas or unprinted canvas.
