These counted cross stitch kits are based on ceramic tiles produced by William Morris for the overmantel of the hall in Queens' College, Cambridge, during 1862 - 1863. They depict two angels, one carrying the blazing sun and the other the crescent moon.

The Counted Cross Stitch kit contains threads (floss), fabric, needle, chart and instructions. Or try our pattern pack leaving you free to vary the fabric material, count or even colour.

The designs are worked on 28 count linen fabric and the worked area measures 4 x 10½ ins (10 x 26cm).
