To ensure the security of your credit/debit card details we use the highest levels of security.

When you are about to enter your details you will be directed to a secure server. You can tell that the pages you are using are secure, because the address of the page in the address bar will change from being http:// to https://. Depending on which web browser you use you will also see a locked padlock symbol or a gold key appear in the bottom bar of your browser.

Your details are then sent to us using the most secure data encryption software available (PGP). Once your order is ready to ship your details are decrypted and payment is processed using PDQ machine. Your credit card details are not retained for longer than is necessary for us to process your order. This is why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site.
