Shipping And Handling
Prices do not include postage and packing. Charges are as follows:

Credit card payments
We accept payment by credit card. Prices
are charged in pounds sterling and will therefore be subject to
the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment. For details
please contact your bank or finance company. Prices quoted
in US$ are approximate and for guidance only.
 
We do not charge for any item until it is ready
to ship.
Delivery Schedule
As we aim to supply from stock, delivery is usually ‘by return’;
in the UK your parcel should reach you within 14 days. Parcels sent
overseas (by airmail) will take longer to arrive. Please allow 28
days before querying non-delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock and may be delayed more than a day
or so, we will email you to let you know, with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait. In any case, we will not
take payment from your credit card until we are about to despatch
your order to you.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of all applicable UK taxes. Overseas customers
may wish to check with their customs service to see whether additional
import duties will apply. Any such duties are the responsibility
of the purchaser. .

the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts
all of your personal information, including your credit card number,
name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels
over the Internet.
Returns Policy
| Kits |
If you are not completely
satisfied with a Millennia Designs kit, you may return it for
a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify for this, the
kit must be unused and in perfect condition, and returned within
7 days of receipt. |

Due to ease of copying we
cannot offer refunds on chart-packs. |
| Faulty Goods |
If any components are missing
or faulty, then we will replace them immediately free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights. |
